Frost (Concept)

Back when the world plunged into eternal winter, the earth was still and cold. There was one who kept the Eternal frost of the south and the north from melting. Time passed, the world kept on changing in ways that the guardian of the eternal frost could not comprehend. The guardian could hear the world-changing. It seemed even more chaotic for the guardian.

The guardian sent the clouds out of curiosity to check on the far side of the earth and the clouds left. It took the clouds a long time to return, as the far side was really large. Finally, after a month, the clouds returned. As the guardian heard, it was pleasing to know that it was not the only one in this world. The guardian kept on doing its work of maintaining the eternal frost. But one day it heard something loud, unlike anything before. The guardian was a little tense, as it had seen many things that happened on earth, but that bang was unlike any other.

Out of curiosity about what the humans are up to after the loud bang, it sent the wind this time to see what the humans are up to on the far side of the world. The winds rushed back, but when the guardian heard what the winds had to say, the sheer capability of the human population scared the guardian. But then it was reluctant to go to the far side of the world, so it continued its work of maintaining the eternal frost of the north and the south. But one day it saw that the eternal frost of the north and the south started melting.

The guardian started losing its power; it kept wondering what was wrong and suddenly noticed that it was unusually hot this time. It couldn’t do a lot as its powers were diminishing, and the eternal frost started melting. The guardian created a small creature called frost and sent it to the far side of the world to help it in bringing back the eternal frost of the north and the south. Frost had less time, as the guardian used up the last of its power to create him. Then, before the guardian went to sleep, it told frost that he was the last hope of bringing the eternal frost back. It needed to find the staff of ice to stop the eternal frost from melting and causing a disaster.
